Introduction to Meditation
The course of six meetings is open to all, whether or not
you have any previous experience of yoga or meditation. The only
qualification is a sincere desire to pursue the path of inner enquiry.
From early childhood we have been encouraged to gain knowledge of the
external world and yet most of us remain ignorant of our own inner world –
why we behave as we do, knowledge of the different states of consciousness
that we have access to, and so on.
Please contact me if you are interested and to check for the start date of
the next course.
