Jayadhara (Jane Cluley)
Yoga is a path of self development dating back over 5,000 years encompassing body mind and spirit.
It is a path to health and well-
It brings
physical vitality, mental resilience and profound inner peace.
My yoga classes are based around Easingwold, York and Thirsk. All classes include postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama) and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra) or meditation appropriate to the level of the class.
I teach traditional Hatha Yoga, my holistic approach is informed by Satyananda Yoga Tradition and emphasises gradual development of each student’s potential in terms of flexibility, strength, mental quietness and emotional balance.
“Yoga is not an ancient myth buried in oblivion. It is the most valuable inheritance of the present. It is the essential need of today and the culture of tomorrow”
Swami Satyananda Saraswati
